　　《金牌特務》、《格雷的五十到陰影》將在情人節上檔，《大囍臨門》、《鐵獅玉玲瓏2》等春節新片來勢洶洶，每到週末假期、特殊節日想要看場電影，總得花至少30分鐘排隊購票。
　　台北市政府計畫改善看電影購票環境，邀集電影業者及票證專家開會討論，希望業者開闢方便的網路購票或App購票系統，改善消費者為了買電影票而大排長龍，或是排了許久卻買不到票、只好敗興而歸的現象。觀傳局長簡余晏表示，部分電影業者已開辦網路訂票、手機購票，未來期望一年內數位預購電影票購票率達到3成以上，不再讓人誤解台北買什麼都必須排很久。
　　台北市36家電影院中，有29家電影院提供網路購票服務，整體網路或手機訂票比例卻不到2成，其中又有6家電影票網路訂票不必先預付費用，因此有開演前20至40分鐘必須取票，逾時自動取消訂票的規定。就曾有民眾投訴已事先網路訂票，卻因電影院排隊人潮太多，等排到票時超過取票時限，所訂的票已被自動取消、敗興而歸。
　　觀傳局媒體行政科長沈永華指出，部分影城引進國外購票模式，不只網路訂票可透過超商買票取票，更可以手機訂票持QR code入場，完全不必領取紙本票券，不過使用率並不高。
　　為推動訂票業務便民化，觀傳局期許扮演消費者、電影業者、銀行、軟體網路業者的平台角色，希望電影院提供更多銀行信用卡訂票服務，並以折扣優惠提高網路購票率，讓觀影環境「改變成真」。
